Clouds. I love taking photos of them almost as much as I love watching them.
I get lost in them. They’re always beautiful no matter the shape, color or size.
Taking time to appreciate and really watch them always brings me back to my childhood. Hours were spent as a child laying in the grass gazing upward as they perpetually reformed and became ever evolving images.
Hours of imagining, thinking and daydreaming that I wish I could say I make time for now as an adult. But like flowers that we too often don’t take the time to smell, I haven’t taken the time to sit and watch as I did as a child.
While we spent a few hours at the park launching rockets with the boys Saturday, I took that time and captured some images and got lost for a bit in the wonder and simplicity that clouds have to offer.
