It’s Not Even Summer Yet…

… and I’ve got a bounty growing in my garden!  It’s only May 17th and it is starting to look like mid-July out there already!

I spent a few hours this afternoon tying up my Cucumbers and Tomatillo plants which are gearing up to provide insane amounts of produce; harvested the last of the Butter Crunch and Arugula lettuces (which tasted damn good in my salad tonight) and trimmed off the sucker leaves from my tomato plants. Nestled in the forest of Squash and Zucchini plants are a plethora of growing veggie delights and I can’t wait for them to ripen! Zucchini bread anyone?

Enjoy a little pictorial of our growing crops!

I’m looking forward to sharing with my Atlanta friends and of course… cooking for you too! From my suburban farm to your farm, have a great night!
